So, after church today, I had the brilliant idea to go find some bluebonnets and take the obligatory pictures that every Texas tot must have. We ended up taking a loooooong drive and finally found ourselves at the wildflower center. We had seen a few good spots on the road, but it seems as though we were a few weeks early for the big blooms. We were able to get some good pics at the wildflower center though.

Oops, I've missed a few days, but the cuteness of this pic more than makes up for that, don't you think? Bryson and I went out to visit a very hard worker in the back yard. The worker let Bryson borrow his hat to shield him from the sun. The worker also took the picture :)

So this is not a recent picture, nor the best quality (I'm pretty sure it was taken on a cell phone), but it's still doggone cute and these little pups are 4 years old today! Hard to believe! They are still sweet puppies, even though they are "big girls".

We're famous! Jason was browsing Google Maps today and he decided to look at our house. It turns out that they recently updated the satellite views from our region. We were able to see our deck and Jason's car out in the driveway. We looked a little closer and also saw two figures in the backyard. That must be us! We think that we might also see Maggie down in the lower right by the new oak tree. Take a look. What do you think?

I planted these petunias last weekend, when it was very spring-like. This weekend brought a late season cold front and lots of wind. While you can tell that they've been wind-blown, it appears as though these flowers are going to make it (at least until I don't water them enough in the heat of the summer).

I was playing on the floor with Bryson and looked up to see Tucker in his favorite sleeping spot (aside from our bed, which he can't get up on without assistance). I liked the angles of the pillow and his ears, so I thought this would be a good shot. I changed it to black and white after the fact, and liked that even better.

I know, I know. I don't seem to be able to keep up with posting on one blog regularly, how do I expect to post a picture here EVERY day?!?! Well, I'm going to try anyway. The idea is to post a picture taken on the current day, but I reserve the right to cheat sometimes and use pictures taken on other days.

I'm hoping that, by doing this, I will:
1) Take more pictures
2) Improve my picture taking skillz
3) Determine if I want to dedicate a little time and money to photography as a hobby
